Hi! Iām Hannah, the founder of Prickly Pine Provisions, a Charlotte-based charcuterie kitchen born from a lifelong love of hospitality and gathering.
I created Prickly Pine Provisions to bring people together through thoughtful, beautiful food - weather it's a cozy get-together, a big celebration, or a corporate event. Every board , box and basket is crafted with care and an eye for the details that make a gathering feel extra special.

I grew up on an island off the coast of Maine, where hosting wasn't just something we did it was how we connected. The kitchen was always the heart of our home, filled with good food, laughter, and the people we loved. I learned early on that food has a special way of bringing people together, and that belief has stayed with me ever since.

My background in hospitality and years of experience in the food and events world, paired with formal culinary training, gave me the foundation to turn this passion into a business.
I have a deep love for cheese and a strong appreciation for sessional ingredients, which you'll see reflected in every creation. I take great care in sourcing high-quality cheeses, meats, fresh produce, and unique accompaniments to create boards that are as delicious as they are beautiful
